2012 Southern Region Guide Sanctioning Info
The drop dead date for the insertion of Tournament Listings in the 2012 Southern Regional Guide is Jan 31, 2012.

Requirements to be listed in the guide

1. Tournaments must be entered into the USA-WS online event sanctioning system by January 31, 2012.

2. Sanction fees must be received by the EVP by Jan 31, 2012.

3. Sanction fees may be paid by check or by using your PayPal account, credit, or debit card through the PayPal page on the website.  Click here for Payment page:

        The sanctioning fees as per the SR P & P are listed below.
1.3.3 Tournament Fees
A tournament registration fee, payable to the Southern Region of AWSA, as listed below, for all AWSA SR Class C or higher sanctioned tournament shall be forwarded by the sponsoring club, after filing the electronic form available through the AWSA Southern Region Website, to the Executive Vice President. These fees are in addition to the AWSA sanctioning fees for a tournament. EVP approval will not be granted until this registration fee has been received. $25.00 from each of the fees listed below shall go to the Regional Guide Fund and the remainder will be deposited in the General Fund. Class C, one day mid week (Tues, Wed or Thurs): $50
Class E, L or R, one day mid week (Tues, Wed or Thurs): $100
Class C, one day tournament: $100
Class C, two day tournament: $150
Class E, L or R tournament: $175

• Full Page Ad ($400) 8” across X 10” down
• One Half Page ($250) horizontally, 8” across X 5” down
• One Half Page ($250) vertically, 4” across X 10” down
• Quarter Page ($150) 4” across X 5” down
• Business Card ($50) 3 1/2” across X 2” down
