Brie Carter

With a dramatic effort last Nationals, Brie Carter finished the slalom competition with the silver medal fighting for the extra ¼ buoy. Skiing the style and grit of Linda Giddens, Brie leaves nothing on the water. With a special tournament prowess, Brie loves to compete, which also makes her the CCS varsity basketball team’s leading rebounder. Like sister Caylee, Brie is a 2-event skier, slalom and jump. She says she “prefers to ski on top of the water”.  Brie was selected to ski in the WaterSki Magazine 2008 Independent Water Ski Test, evaluating many of the top slalom skis. She loves meeting new people and traveling to different ski sites. As a 6th grader she is ahead of her time; under the goal and on the water, the ball and buoys are hers.
