"Fluid Ski and Sports" is opening at Lake Grew beside the AWSEF Hall of Fame and USAWaterski headquarters in Polk City, Central Florida.

To celebrate the opening of one of the most anticipated waterski training facilities in the world, Scot Ellis and Kyle Eade, the managing partners, are hoping to host an opening record tournament . . . depending on the availability of officials.

The "Fluid Record Opener" will be a one day tournament on the 26th July, up to 3 rounds of Slalom and Jump, 4 ride maximum if competing in both events. Entry fee will be $110 for 2 rounds, $150 for 3, and $185 for 4. 8am start time for round 1 of Slalom.

The AWSEF has done a great job rebuilding and improving Lake Grew...with a Bemman jump ramp, perfect 8:1 sloped banks, and 2 jump directions surveyed and ready to go...this lake is ready for records and personal bests. Whether you are looking for that last chance Regionals qualification, final preparation for the World Championships or just trying to get those extra few buoys or feet that have been evading you...this tournament could be your.

Additionally, if time allows we will hold the first ever annual “Fluid Wrong Foot Forward Slalom” contest…as a fun event after the completion of the tournament.

Practice is available upon request for all competitors on Saturday the 25th at $20 per set.
